This recruitment microsite showcases what it’s like to live and work in primary care across Dorset. Within the first few months of going live, it was successful in appointing 18 out of 45 GP vacancies posted to the site. “What you have created is exactly what we hoped to achieve. The feedback from across the system has been excellent,” says Eleanor Parson, Head of Workforce Development.
