Facebook recruitment ads

Developments in the specialist targeting options across Facebook via their Sponsored Ads function has turned this social media channel into a remarkably cost-effective recruitment tool.

We placed a series of Facebook ads for call handlers, care assistants and clinical staff and oversaw a monthly increase in visitor traffic to their recruitment landing page of 833%.
