Hydrate Project

'Water, water, everywhere, nor any drop to drink.' Except there is, and we need to drink more of it. That was the message behind the Hydrate project from NHS North East Hampshire and Farnham Clinical Commissioning Group, after data emerged that 40% of acute admissions from care homes in the region were related to inadequate hydration.
