Freedom to Speak Up

In the wake of hospital scandals elsewhere, Solent NHS Trust launched a staff engagement campaign to recruit and showcase the role of Freedom to Speak Up Guardians.
The guardians needed to be approachable, identifiable and friendly…cue a bright colour palette and the use of some innocuous gummy bears, who appeared across posters, badges, pull-up displays and leaflets.
