Telemedicine is a clinical telephone and video conferencing service for care home residents who acutely deteriorate. Available to care homes Hampshire-wide, the provision of an effective and easy to use website was an essential part of their service provision.
As part of the website build, NHS Creative created a brand for the Telemedicine service, and in October 2022 the Telemedicine team were shortlisted for an HSJ Patient Safety Award under the category of ‘Virtual or Remote Care Initiative’.
