#BelongHere Pride recruitment campaign
Brighton and Sussex University Hospitals NHS Trust
The annual Brighton and Hove Pride event is the biggest of its kind in the UK, with over 300,000 people descending on the seaside city parade every year. What a great opportunity for the local NHS Trust to run a campaign to promote its inclusivity in recruitment. We designed ads to run on bus shelters and billboards along the parade route as well as on a big screen at the city’s train station and on screens and poster sites across the Trust.
